Tied by Mike “LI Flies” Ozkaya, right here on Long Island, NY. Invented by Bob Clouser, these are another staple pattern for Northeast saltwater fly fishing. This is another “catch all” type of fly. Works well for striped bass, bluefish, and really just about any saltwater fish that swims. These feature weighted eyes, to help get the fly down a little deeper in the water column, and they are tied on a jig hook.
