Lures LI Flies Hackle Crab Flies

The Hackle Crab is an excellent crab pattern for flats fishing. This fly has brass dumbell eyes to get it down down in the water column. We have these available in three different colors. It is a very universal flats fly, that can imitate many different types of crustaceans. It is technically a “crab”, however it can pass for a shrimp as well. When fish are being picky, this sparsely tied crab will often get eaten. This pattern is perfect for striped bass, permit, redfish, and large bonefish in some situations.
