Lures LI Flies “Hollow Fleyes”

Tied by Mike “LI Flies” Ozkaya, right here on Long Island, NY. The Hollow Fleye was invented by renowned fly tyer Bob Popovics, and Mike put his own little spin on it! This fly is great for any fish that eats larger profile baitfish like herring and bunker. When you’re hunting for big stripers, this is what you want to use. These flies are tied “hollow” with bucktail, trailing hackle feathers, and a little bit of flash. On a strong 3/0 Mustad C70SD hook.
